DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the following parties in accordance with applicable consumer protection and electronic commerce regulations.

The person who purchases services electronically through the Seller’s website.
(The Buyer’s information is provided during the online reservation process.)
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of limousine transportation, VIP transfer, chauffeur-driven vehicle services, and related services (“Services”) purchased electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website without physical presence.
3. SERVICE INFORMATION
The essential characteristics, type, date, time, route, duration, and total price of the purchased Services are clearly specified on the website and confirmed during the online booking process.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include all relevant taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
The Buyer agrees to pay the total service fee using the payment methods offered on the website (credit/debit card, online payment systems, or other listed methods).
Payment is required in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
- Services shall be performed on the date, time, and location specified in the reservation confirmation.
- The Seller undertakes to provide the Services in a professional, timely, and safe manner.
- Delays caused by force majeure events (traffic accidents, weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.) do not constitute breach of contract.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the nature of transportation services provided on a specific date and time, the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal once the service period begins, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
However, cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Seller’s Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation rules stated at the time of booking.
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and service type.
- No refunds shall be issued for unused or partially used services unless otherwise stated.
8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The Buyer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking
- Be present at the specified pickup location and time
- Comply with vehicle rules and safety instructions
- Refrain from unlawful or unsafe behavior during the service
Any damages caused by the Buyer may be charged accordingly.
9. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller agrees to:
- Provide the booked service as described
- Ensure vehicles are licensed, insured, and well-maintained
- Assign qualified and professional drivers
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or public emergencies.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during the reservation process shall be processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
13. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Agreement enters into force at the moment the Buyer confirms the reservation and completes the payment electronically.
By completing the reservation, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Selling Agreement.
